Jon Clement's Bio:

Jon Clement is a professional soccer coach who has worked at the University level for 14 years--developing and coaching nationally prominent teams all over the United States. among Jon Clement's many strengths are nationwide recruiting, a keen eye for player evaluation and development and a litany of office capabilities. Clement is also adept at creating and managing player ID camps and has held any number of highly successful events. Clement has also recruited and coached multiple All-Americans, a few former Professional players and one NCAA Hermann Trophy Winner. In training, I like to focus on playing the game 'the right way'--emphasizing vibrant, brave possession and the ability to 'stage' the game in the space just below the attacking penalty area. Players should be free to express themselves and not worry about failing! Present favorite teams to watch are (of course) Barcelona, (on their day) Manchester City along with hard working EPL Watford.

I design and run training sessions for a myriad of youth soccer clubs and organizations, with a focus on technical enhancement, collective team play and soccer IQ. I also focus on cooperative coaching with parent volunteers, and provide match analysis for teams during game play.
